Rev. Jay Ewing is a spiritual director and the spiritual formation pastor at Redwood Park Church in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He is a graduate of Ambrose University and Regent College, and trained in spiritual direction through the Academy of Spiritual Formation and the School of Spiritual Direction.

Jay's passion is coming alongside people who are seeking God, and creating space where a person can listen, vulnerably, for the voice of Jesus.

He has served on leadership teams in small and large churches and in parachurch organizations, so he understands the realities of Christian leadership and formation in more than one setting. Alongside caring for his congregation, he has provided spiritual direction to pastors and leaders for over a decade. He speaks and teaches at conferences across Canada, and leads retreats for church groups, pastors, leaders, and couples.

In his free time, Jay loves spending time with his wife, Milissa, and their kids, and can usually be found reading, hiking, skiing, cycling, or swimming in a local lake.
